Yes, of course! You are encourage to pick the technician you like. Just let us know the technician's name when you book your appointment.
All of our nail services with extension or gel polish have 5-day warranty from the date you have your service done.
You are welcome to come back for repair at no cost during warranty period if anything happens to your nails (and if the fault is from us)
We do not fix bad nails done by other salons.
Time is money and we understand that!
If you are short on time or don't want to spend much time in the salon, we do offer same-time service. We will have 2 technicians take of your services at the same time for additional fee. Please see our menu for same time service fee.
No. Gift Card can only be used to redeem for services. No cash exchange allowed.
Our Gift Card is valid for 12 months since the date of purchase.
We do not offer E-Gift Card at the moment. All Physical Gift Card must be purchased in-person at our salon.

Yes. Our salon follow regulations by Nevada State board of cosmetology. You need to have one of the following licenses in order to work:
- Manicurist
- Esthetician
- Cosmetologist
It all depends! Let us know our availability and we'll work it out together
Thing can happen unexpectedly and we understand. You can either cancel/reschedule your appointment by giving us a call during business hours or leave us a message in voice mail.
Please cancel your appointment at least 2 hours before your appointment time.
We respect your time, so please respect our technician's time as well.
Our grace period for appointments is 10 minutes. We'll have to cancel your appointment and you will have to wait for the next availability.
Thing can happens, we understand that.
If you missed your appointment 3 consecutive times, we will have to charge you booking fee the next time you book your appointment.
No show for 4 consecutive times and we won't be able to take you in at all.
